WHEN I'M FEELING

SAD AND ALONE HE'S

ALWAYS THERE FOR ME

WHEN ARGUEMENTS OCCUR

WITH LOVE ONES HE'S AL-

WAYS THERE WHEN TH-

ERES NOBODY ELSE GOD

IS WITH ME I FEEL HIS

SPRIRIT ALL AROUND

ME HES THERE WHEN

I'M THINKING HES NOT

GOD IS WITH ME

EVERY STEP OF THE

WAY.....

I dream to have the words of

a poet.To write the words of

I dream of a poet as I put

my pen to paper to form

the words of a poet as

poet

The dream of a poet is

to understand a poet

Also to open my eyes

to a poet

Independent

MY life has been ups & downs and turn arounds

only to struggle in succeeding in my goals I been

through hell and high water to get where I'm going

people have thrown boulders & blocks in my path



But I feel Independent.....



I been hit wth likes of devastation or

the words you can't make it and your

not good enough to be successful



But yet I feel independent.......



I have people clawing at me trying

to hold me down



I feel indepedent....



I tread through the storms,winds,and

the rains to get where I going and to

not look back at whats behind me




I feel sooo independent......



the doubters, the haters,are

all against me in trying to better my self

they tell me you can't ,you won't ,what's

the use in trying when you know your going

to fail at it



but some how I feel independent........



I may struggle a bit I may doubt my

self some times but I won't give up I

will fight with evey ounce of my

being to



FEEL INDEPENDENT......

Independent, to have self dignity, and to have a right



to vote but most of all to have equality amongst others


we still have along ways to go but look how far we came

And your struggle wasn’t a lost cause because we



Have lawyers ,doctors, scientists, teachers, senators,



Mayors and many more profession thats evolving

are hearts and etched in in our minds,and your



voice of countles speeches,plus the struggle you fought



has made a stain on our souls your words of wisdom
